Rules and regulations

✦ Caretaker Timings: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

✦ Security deposit of ₹10,000 will be charged for every booking.

This deposit will be refunded after your stay, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

✦ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

✦ Smoking is allowed outdoors & terrace area Violating this policy may result in fines.

✦ The kitchen, if accessible, is for light cooking only (e.g., tea, coffee, Maggi, noodles).

Note

✦ Inverter backup is available for up to 4 hours with basic fan and light, and that electricity disconnections are due to government supply issues and not the responsibility of the Property.

✦ Guests must e-sign a disclaimer form at check-in and present a valid photo ID if not already provided during booking.

✦ Any damages to the property or its belongings will be charged to the guest.

✦ Maximum occupancy: 16 guests. If occupancy exceeds 10 guests, an additional charge 2000 per person will apply.

✦ Children below 5 years stay free of charge

Property Highlights

Cancellation Policy

If booking is cancelled 30 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund (refund in form of credit note).

While, 50% refund if cancelled between 30-20 days before checkin date if client has made full payment of booking

Any cancellations made less than 20 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.

Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.

Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.

If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.

We always stay at here when in town. The location is great, staff is wonderful and we love the overall feel. Beautiful view from the here.

It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
